&lt;br /&gt;
En svinefilet (gjerne ytrefilet) skjæres forsiktig ut til et flaki ca 1/2 cm tykkelse.&lt;br /&gt;
Stryk pestomarinade utover og rull sammen igjen. Surr det hele med ca 100-200g bacon. Forstek noen minutter på alle kanter i stekepanne, og stek derreter 25-35 minutter på 180 grader i stekeovn.&lt;br /&gt;
